Anchor Pail and Drum Reconditioners enjoyed continuous/ steady expansion and had to move to many premises to accommodate its growth. We finally acquired and purchased a much larger property in Horsham Road, Clairwood KZN to accommodate the structures and future growth, however due to continuous improvement plans and increasing its customer base we finally outgrew even the old premises. It ended up being a major rush seeking a property approximately 4 times the Horsham Road premises size to accommodate future expansion and incorporate future plans to start a Drum Manufacturing section within our industry (Infinity Drums and Packaging CC).

Anchor has acquired and maintained the status of level 1 BEEE accreditation. We are a committed member of SAICRA (South African Industrial Container Re-conditioners Association) as well as CAIA (Responsible Care). The Company has been going through training for accreditation of the updated ISO certification to the new integrated management system of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 and SANS 10406. Legislation is what we religiously live by (The principle of legislation) thereby attaining a cleaner, sustainable and secure future. Anchor Pail and Drum Reconditioners purchases second hand /used containers and drums (from 20l -1000l) plastic and metal, from the Petro/Chemical/Paint/Lube/food/oil Industries for reconditioning and re-selling back into the market for reuse. This becomes a cradle to cradle scenario rather than a cradle to grave scenario.
